I spent almost a decade working with PTTEP, an oil and gas company, in S1 assets in Lankrabue, Kamphaeng Phet, Thailand. This company is very well known, and it's one of the biggest companies in Thailand. I started as a junior operator in the Operation Department, then became Depot operator of the Oil Movement Department, responsible for crude oil stock management and selling.
One of the best memory of my working life with PTTEP is signing the ten years extended contract for the asset with the Department of Energy, Thailand.
All in all, a party won't last forever; therefore, I think it's time for me to step out of my comfort zone and learn some new experiences with a different career.
The memory of this place will always be pleasant and homely as we stayed together like a family.

Oil Movement

Working in the Oil Movement Department gave me a vision of how the whole organization works because it is a small department that bears high responsibility for the company and contractors. Good management is a critical skill for this job because we have to deal with more than a hundred people from different companies and departments. Besides, we are working between management and operation levels; this position is the best learning curve for my management skills on big-company.

Teaching

Learning is the key to success for every big company in the long term; it helps pass the knowledge and current innovations to the next generation so they can use new technologies to improve our company. I am delighted to be a part of the company's learning system. I taught staff within and across the assets, provided on-the-job training, and taught internal and online courses for overseas assets.

Operation

Working in an operation team gave me great opportunities to learn the whole operating system and in-depth details of each piece of equipment. I have gained years of experience in reaching the capability of optimizing the entire process through the control center.
We started our day with 100 percent performance and completed our task with 100 percent of the maximum benefit.
